Madhu Bhojwani Is Currently the Co-Founder and Partner of Emmay Entertainment, Formed in 2011, Which Has Become India’s Sixth-Largest Film Production house.

Madhu Bhojwani Has Partnered in Setting Up Various Entrepreneurial Ventures. From Forming a Student Counseling Service in 1989, an Outlier in Its Time, to Building EmmayHR, Which Became One of India's Premier Recruitment & HR Services Businesses Between 1996 to 2009.

Madhu Has Built a Formidable Reputation as a Strong Leader With Operations, Financial and Legal responsibilities.

In 2005 She Successfully Led Negotiations for the Sale of EmmayHR to Randstad Holdings Nv, Making It the Dutch Global Leader's First Asian Acquisition. Currently, She Is a Member of the Core Council of the Producers Guild of India and a Member of the Guild's POSH committee.

She Is an Early-Stage Angel Investor in Companies Such as Ping Digital (India Food Network), OutCue Media (BoomLive) and Decision Fuel (Exited in 2014 Through a Strategic Sale to YouGov).
